Salted Caramel Baked Oats

Ingredients
1/2 cup gluten-free oats
1/4 cup milk of choice
1 egg
1 tbsp ground flax
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp almond butter
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda

1 Awake Chocolate Bite
1/2 cup dates
1 tbsp milk of choice
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt

Directions
Preheat oven to 350F.
To make the Date Caramel, chop up your dates and soak in hot water for 10-15mins to soften. Once soft, add to a food processor/blender and blend until a smooth caramel consistency. Scoop into a small jar and store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
To make Baked Oats, add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour half of the batter into a greased oven safe ramekin. Scoop a spoonful of date caramel into the middle of the ramekin and swirl into the batter. Top with remaining batter and an Awake Chocolate for an extra caffeine and chocolate boost.
Bake for 25-30 mins until cooked through. Let cool and enjoy.
