Paleo Chocolate Chip Bars

Chewy, soft, and with only a few ingredients - these paleo chocolate chip bars are the perfect afternoon pick me up snack!


  • 3/4 cup of almond flour
  • 1/2 cup of raw date sugar
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/3 cup of melted coconut oil
  • 2 eggs
  • Chocolate Chips

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. In a bowl, mix the wet ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
  3. Combine both mixes and add half of the chocolate chips.
  4. Pour the mix in a squared pan. Top with the rest of your chocolate chips.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes. When done, cool for 15 minutes. Cut into squared pieces.
