Iced Oatmeal Mugcake with Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream & Awake Chocolate

A hot, cold and energizing combo that is just of this world delish!


  • 3/4 cup paleo pumpkin pancake mix
  • 1 tablespoon magic plant protein
  • 1/3 cup iced-oatmeal
  • vanilla oat milk – process
  • AWAKE Dark Chocolate Bites


  1. In food processor combine: paleo pumpkin pancake mix, plant protein, iced oatmeal, vanilla oat milk.
  2. Line a small baking bowl with coconut oil.
  3. Pour batter into bowl.
  4. Bake mug cake at 350F for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Take out, top with chocolate peanut butter plant-based ice cream, AWAKE Dark Chocolate Bite, more iced oatmeal, cocoa powder and cinnamon.
  6. Stick a spoon in and enjoy.
