Pumpkin Spice Muffins

Naturally sweetened, no sugar added muffins in time for the fall season

Ingredients
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
2 teaspoon pumpkin spice (ground cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger)
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup old fashion oats

Directions
Preheat over 350F. Combine the olive oil, honey and maple syrup and mix 🍯
Add in eggs and mix well 🥚
Add in the pumpkin purée, milk, pumpkin spices, baking soda, vanilla extract and salt
Add in the flour and oats and mix with a large spoon (don’t over mix) 🥣
Line your muffin tray and add your mixture in, filling them up 3/4 of the way 🧁
Bake for 20-25 min (until a toothpick comes out clean)
