Pumpkin Spice Muffins

Naturally sweetened, no sugar added muffins in time for the fall season

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoon pumpkin spice (ground cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger)
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup old fashion oats
  • AWAKE Chocolate Bites

HOW TO DO IT:

  1. Preheat over 350F. Combine the olive oil, honey and maple syrup and mix 🍯
  2. Add in eggs and mix well 🥚
  3. Add in the pumpkin purée, milk, pumpkin spices, baking soda, vanilla extract and salt
  4. Add in the flour and oats and mix with a large spoon (don’t over mix) 🥣
  5. Line your muffin tray and add your mixture in, filling them up 3/4 of the way 🧁
  6. Bake for 20-25 min (until a toothpick comes out clean)
  7. Top with AWAKE Chocolate Bites
