Dates Covered in Caffeinated Chocolate

HOW TO DO IT:

  1. Pit and stuff dates with almond butter.
  2. Melt chocolate with a little coconut oil.
  3. Dip dates in chocolate and sprinkle with sea salt and granola.
  4. Freeze until they harden.
